Summer Immersive

Ages 6 Years – Teens
Day Camp
June 15–18
10am-3pm
$375

Get ready for four unforgettable days on the land!

Our Summer Immersive is packed with hands-on Folk Arts, pond explorations, animal husbandry, regenerative and polyculture farming, creative projects, and wide-open summer fun. Campers will weave, carve, garden, harvest, tend animals, explore ecosystems, and cool off by the pond — all while building real skills and real friendships.

Each day offers a taste of what our fall programs include, giving families the opportunity to meet our Lead Facilitators and experience the rhythm of our learning community. Whether you’re exploring the fall session or simply looking for a meaningful, joy-filled week in the sun, this camp is designed for movement, creativity, laughter, and connection.

Come get your hands dirty, your feet wet, and your heart full.

Day 1

Roots & Rhythm – Landing on the Land

Day 1 is all about connection — to the land, to each other, and to the rhythm of village life.

Campers will:

  • Explore the property and pond ecosystem

  • Meet and learn the basics of animal husbandry

  • Participate in a regenerative and polyculture garden discovery

  • Begin their first Folk Arts project

  • Learn the rhythm of land stewardship and shared responsibility

We’ll start building confidence with hands-on work, group games, and water exploration — grounding into what it means to move, create, and work together outdoors.

The focus of Day 1 is belonging  feeling rooted, safe, and excited to begin the week.

Day 2

Hands & Skill – Building Confidence

Day 2 is about developing real skills and discovering capability.

Campers will:

  • Deepen their Folk Arts projects (weaving, carving, clay, fiber, etc.)

  • Practice tool safety and craftsmanship

  • Engage in hands-on regenerative farming tasks

  • Learn about soil health and polyculture systems

  • Participate in pond study and ecosystem observation

The focus of Day 2 is competence, feeling “I can do this.” As students work with their hands and see tangible results, confidence grows naturally. Skill replaces hesitation, and focus strengthens.

Day 3

Stewardship & Responsibility – Caring for the Whole

Day 3 expands from individual skill to community responsibility.

Campers will:

  • Take greater ownership in animal husbandry routines

  • Harvest and prepare food from the garden

  • Explore how regenerative farming supports ecosystems

  • Continue craft projects with increased independence

  • Participate in collaborative team challenges and water play

The focus of Day 3 is stewardship,  understanding that their actions impact the land, animals, and each other. Students begin to see themselves as contributors, not just participants.

Day 4

Creation & Celebration – Bringing It All Together

Day 4 is about integration and joy.

Campers will:

  • Complete their Folk Arts projects

  • Share what they’ve learned

  • Reflect on the week’s experiences

  • Enjoy extended pond time and outdoor games

  • Celebrate with a closing gathering

The focus of Day 4 is integration and joy. Students see what they’ve created, feel the friendships they’ve formed, and recognize the growth that happened in just four days.

We close the week not just with finished projects,  but with stronger hands, clearer minds, and fuller hearts.
